LIBERTY TOWN BOARD AUTHORIZES $56,610 LOOMIS SEWER DISTRICT CLARIFIER REPAIR

NY LIBERTY — Liberty Town Board authorizes $56,610 sewer repair project. Supervisor Frank DeMayo and Councilmembers Dean Farrand and Sherri Kavleski unanimously approved Resolution 55-26 authorizing expenditure from the Loomis Sewer District Capital Reserve Fund for the clarifier repair at the wastewater treatment plant; the board awarded the contract to Paul Brook Contracting contingent upon public notice completion. The board also voted 3-0 to settle a four-year property assessment dispute with 100 Sullivan Ave LLC, authorizing Town Attorney Kenneth C.
Klein to execute the settlement stipulation with the petitioner's counsel.
